Ptolemaic – Roman Period Egyptian Gold Finger Ring, circa 1st century BCE/CE

Description

A delicate finger ring of twisted wire shank of high karat gold, the bezel featuring a small pearl flanked on both sides by two larger blue-green faience melon beads.

Condition: Intact and in very good condition overall.

Provenance: Private German collection, Rhineland, acquired between the 1970s – early 1990s.
